About The Second Hands Reentry Program

Mission, Purpose and Vision Statement

 

Second Hands Reentry Program is dedicated to supporting the successful reintegration of youth into society by providing comprehensive services, resources, and guidance to foster personal growth, skill development, and community engagement.

 

Purpose

 

Our purpose is to empower young individuals in their transition from the justice system back into the community by offering a range of support services including counseling, family reintegration, employment skills training, assistance with job placement, vocational options, independent living skills development, legal document assistance, and access to community resources.

 

Vision

 

Our vision is to create a society where all young individuals have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and realize their full potential, free from the barriers that often accompany reentry from the justice system. 

 

Through our Connect, Share, Learn, and Grow ethos, we aim to equip the youth with the necessary tools and resources to become successful, contributing members of the community. 

 

We strive to be a leading provider of reentry support, recognized for our commitment to empowering youth and fostering positive change.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

Executive Summary

Second Hands Reentry Program, LLC, founded by Montana Tarpley, is dedicated to supporting the successful reintegration of youth into society following involvement with the justice system. 

 

Our mission is to empower young individuals during their transition, providing them with the necessary tools and support to foster personal growth, skill development, and community engagement.

Through our Connect, Share, Learn, and Grow ethos, Second Hands Reentry Program, LLC offers a comprehensive range of services including counseling, family reintegration support, employment skills training, job placement assistance, vocational options, independent living skills development, legal document assistance, and access to community resources. 

 

In addition, our 8-week Youth Prep Course provides a structured program to prepare youth for successful reentry into the community.
